I am interested in algorithm development and pipeline application for next-generation sequencing data analysis, mulit-omic data integration, biomarker discovery, and regulatory network modelling. Thanks to the collaboration with the Head and Neck Medical Oncology Department of Fondazione IRCCS in Milan, the main application will be in the context of head and neck suqammous cell carcinoma.
