Assistant professor
My doctoral research focused on probabilistic models of neuronal membrane potential dynamics. After several years working in applied probability, my research gradually shifted toward statistical learning and its applications to biomedical data. My current research interests include modeling cancer evolution and developing statistical and machine learning methods for the analysis of complex biological data, with a particular focus on omics and multi-omics data.
